STV technology – static dry glazing

Innovative technology of windowpanes glazing launched during manufacturing process. Uniquely designed adhesive strip is permanently fixed to the sash rebate in the extrusion process. The entire production procedure is based on traditional techniques and requires only minor adjustments to machine parameters

Advantages:  

• Increased thermal insulation - thermally insulated supports facilitate construction of exceptionally warm and durable windows of normal sizes, Uf rate is reduced by approx. 0,2 W/m2K;

• Stronger window panes – glass pressures are evenly distributed within a sash;

• Construction of larger components – STV technology combined with steel reinforcement in the sash facilitates construction of exceptionally big windows and improves their functional qualities.

• Improved stability – corners of the sashes are additionally reinforced.

• Improved statics – since sashes are additionally reinforced with STV tape, they are less prone to material deformations.

• New levels of safety – full adhesive bonding between a sash and a pane improves anti-burglary security and makes it even more difficult to force open a window.

• Reinforcement of arched windows – STV technology may be also employed for curved windows to improve their overall stability.

• Lighter window sashes – higher comfort of use. 
• Improved acoustics - ensured by integration of panes with profiles.
