STEEL DOORS AND STRUCTURES

STEEL DOORS AND STRUCTURES

Forster presto - door and partition system

Forster presto system is used for constructing universal, smoke-proof and fire-proof steel doors and permanent partitions. It is possible to manufacture all structures from steel covered with an appropriate coat or from stainless steel (sections and accessories). Externally, such structures look identically with the Foster Fuego Light fire-proof structures.

The system makes it possible to make Class E30 and E60 fire-proof doors and partitions.

Technical details of the system:

  • According to the technical Approval COBR "Metalplast" AT-06-0839/2005, Foster Presto system universal glazed steel doors  are designed for installation in multi-family residential houses, collective accommodation houses, public purpose and industral buildings as external entrance doors or internal doors to corridors and vestibules.
  • Foster Presto – a modern system of flush mounted sections
  • Gaskets on the inside and outside parts of the doors
  • Maximum external size of the doors: 1480 mm x 3070 mm (one-leaf door), 2850 mm x 3070 mm (two-leaf door)

The system includes:

  • steel structural sections with a 1.5 mm thick wall (galvanized, non-galvanized or stainless steel)
  • snap-locking glazing slats (galvanized or aluminium)
  • mushroom-head screws for fastening snap-locking glazing slats
  • EPDM pane seals and gaskets
  • hardware and accessories
